Mom's Cook Book
Betty’s Cold Cheese Dip

1 pint mayonnaise (u gotta love any recipe that begins with 2 cups of mayo) ;-)
1.5 cuts grated mozzarella cheese
1.5 cups grated cheddar cheese
8 oz. sour cream
4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. dried onion flakes
Garlic powder to taste

Mix together and chill. Great with crackers, chips or big pretzel twists.

JD, I think you might really be interested in this article, about busy people's ability to appreciate artistic beauty and to notice perfection.


I like to hope I would have stopped to listen. I am curious, though, as to how many seminarians would stop to listen? I don't think I really want to know....sadness.
