almost inspired
Blogging is one of my enjoyments--- and yet I seem to have fallen off the planet of late. I can't seem to move it ahead. It's been a full month since my last post-- a new record for FARMStrong.  Very sad.  Is anybody still out there?

Last night, I was looking at one of Seth Godin's book sites, The Dip, when I found this YouTube clip from a British form of American Idol. This inspires.

hey JD,

This is the beauty of Google Reader (or whatever one uses): You can drop off the planet for a long time and I'll still get your next post...

Hope things are well this spring with the Walt clan.

You were the small group leader for my wife and me at Passion 05. We had never connected with and a person and grace like that before. We were moved by how God used you that week to minister to us as we had stepped down from a staff position that week to go into full time missions. We were fearless but very afraid, and God spoke through you. We didn't know how to access you for a long time.

Now we are back on staff at a church in Auburn with Josh Agerton. When Josh and I talked about blogging and he pointed me here, I immediately linked in. I've been checking it every day on my reader. But I understand the difficulty of keeping up with the blog. I've had my moments.

Thank you for serving obediently.

See you on the next go round, no matter how soon or how late.

I'm not sure what a google reader is. Guess I missed that boat as well as the fashion train and the band wagon. But I'm cheching out the blog regularly. =-)

I'll echo the Passion hookup from bslash. I think I heard you speak at a Thirsty conference, at a breakout session. One thing I have really appreciated about certain people in ministry, including you, is that you can be beneath them and feel the spiritual covering that has been stripped from so much of the younger generations. It gives a moment to rest and to breathe before going back to the fires. God has helped me so much by so many who take responsibility for the kingdom's people. It makes a difference. Because I understand what it is like and God's way of using it to change a life, I am able to spread my wings over other young women. Thanks for being a God-fearing brother.

Look forward to more posts!

I struggle with keeping up the blog thing too. . .I wonder if this times 100 is what people experienced when they met Jesus. Who woulda thought He is who really is?
