We're dealing with this with traditional church structure as well. While worship is certainly not primarily about learning and communication, I am realizing that the people in the pews are texting each other and capable of wikipediing or googling what I'm preaching on and become as smart as me. How does this effect how we preach and engage the people? Of course the same goes for education. See the world is flat for more:
