Orioles rise from the Dust to take T-Ball World Series!!!!
Yes-- this past weekend, the Gardenside T-Ball Orioles came back from the dreaded LOSERS BRACKET to win the World Series of T-Ball in Lexington, Kentucky. We fell victim in the second round to a TRIPLE PLAY as we were about to beat the WhiteSox. We faced them in the finals where we had to beat them in an unprecedented double header. The real game was, of course, in getting five and six year olds to actually pay attention for the two plus hours it took to play the three inning games.
