What is your Theological Worldview My friend, Michael Lawson, posted on hisBlog, Cathedral Days a short theological type test which I found to be quite accurate. It will take you about ten minutes. . . . 50 questions or so. Let me know how you scored. Take the test here posted by John David Walt | at 6/07/2006 10:28:00 AM

I'm 93% Evangelical Holiness/Wesleyan...which is good news, since I'm an Asbury student and all, hehe. My other top ones were Emergent/Postmodern (I'm a big fan of the emerging church) and Neo Orthodox (which I don't really know much about, so I'll have to investigate it). Thanks for linking it.
My top score was 86% Roman Catholic (my mother and Matt Maher would be proud). I was shocked, given my history long ago of discounting all things Catholic.
Following this this there was a virtual 3-way tie between Emergent/Wesleyan/Neo-orthodox.
My lowest score was fundamentalist (thank God).
dead heat between evangelical wesleyan and neo-orthodox. no surprise! :) RCism also scored highly as did Emergent/Postmodern.
Thanks for hte link.
thanks for the heads up on the test! here are my top four and then there was a pretty big drop off. btw, jd, it's rob if you haven't figured that out yet.
Evangelical Holiness/Wesleyan 71%
Neo orthodox 68%
Emergent/Postmodern 68%
Roman Catholic 57%
Emergent/Postmodern was my highest. Followed closely by Evangelical Holiness/Wesleyan, Neo-Orthodox, and Roman Catholicism.
Proud to say this FORMER Southern Baptist had Fundamentalism in dead last at only 4%. Especially good since I live in Texas!

Evangelical Holiness/Wesleyan-93%
Emergent/Postmodern-82%

I blogged about this a few days ago. See my post through my profile.
hey jd miss you friend, can't wait till i can start a new year with you guys.
I took this off brandon's blog.
after i submitted it had a tie breaking question. it asked me to pick which one rang truer.
1. the modern church is no longer helping people come to god... or something like that. OR
2. We come to god through grace... something....
i picked 2 so it decided i was 71%evangelica and 71%emergent church, but with my last answer it called me an evangelical.
cool. thats a good combo i think.
love you poet.
At 86% holiness/wesleyan, this anglican minister finds himself thrilled to be classed in this way! No wonder I loved my visit to Asbury so much!
marcus-- time to come back. ;-)
I was 96% Evangelical Wesleyan 79% Roman Catholic, guess it makes me the good Anglican I am.
Nice blog JD
Matt
