FARMStrong on Location
This week we are at Yale College in New Haven, Connecticut at the Institute for Campus Revival and Awakening. I'm here with Mark Benjamin, who will soon be leaving Wilmore for his new job at George Fox University. We ran into my old friend, Creighton Alexander, a Campus Pastor at the University of Campus, who is also participating in this gathering. Yale is one of the key campuses awakened in the Second Great Awakening in America in the early part of the 19th century. Jonathan Edwards worked on this campus and in this area. This morning we will hear from a Jonathan Edwards scholar. The campus is unbelievable in its architecture and sense of history. More on that later. We'll start with this brick, which are embedded in a number of the buildings.
